Returns & Exchanges
For a refund or exchange of merchandise purchased online, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must include original packaging. For returns received within 10 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment.
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges from international orders.
How it works:
Email email@example.com with your order#, style(s) that you wish to return or exchange from your order, and reason for returning. For exchanges, please include the style(s) and size(s) you wish to exchange for.
- We will send you a return label for the styles you are sending back.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund you. For exchanges, once we receive the returned items from your order, we will ship out the exchanged styles and send you the tracking information.
Note: Recycled Karma merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
