All international customers are responsible for any customs/duties fees that occur when the product arrives in their country.

- Recycled Karma Brands ships orders from Los Angeles, California, USA.  
- Once orders are shipped, we will send you a shipping notification with tracking information. 
- Following payment authorization, your order will ship within 3 to 5 business days.  
- Standard shipping length is typically 5 to 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).  
- Orders will ship via UPS.

- We do not accept international returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

How long will it take for my order to ship after I place my order?

• We usually ship 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive an email or text message confirming your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Are customs and duties included in the shipping cost?

• No customs and duties fees are not included in the cost of shipping. All international customers are responsible for customs and duties fees when their order arrives in their country. Customs fees are not charged by Recycled Karma Brands. For specific information about customs fees for your country please check with local authorities.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after it has been shipped?

• We ship all of our products from Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. The shipping time will depend on the country, but it should not take more than 2 weeks for your order to arrive.
