Recycled Karma Returns With Re:do!
You can now purchase return insurance with Re:do. For just $2.50 you will be able to return and exchange items as many times as you need to for up to 30 days after delivery. The return label will be free of charge and you will have the option to return for a store credit + 10% back, an exchange for another size, or a refund to your original form of payment.
OUR POLICY:

Return Window: Orders can be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
- After 10 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges must be received by us within 10 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.
- We do not accept returns that are not processed through the return center.

Eligibility: We gladly accept merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused and in sellable condition, including the original packaging for a full refund within this time frame.

Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the return to be processed once it is received. You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.

Lost Returns: Recycled Karma is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

International Returns: We currently do not accept returns for international orders. No exceptions.
Note: Recycled Karma merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
RETURNS:
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
- No, you do not have to pay for return shipping. We will send you a prepaid shipping label. All you have to do is print it out and tape it to the package.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
- You will be refunded for the style(s) you returned after we receive the package at our warehouse. Please note that it can take 2-3 business days to process the refund after the tracking information says it was delivered to our warehouse.
What kind of packaging should I use for my return?
- If you still have the original package that your order was sent in, you can turn it inside out and reuse the package. If you do not have the original package, or your original package is damaged, please use a similar soft envelope/package. Please do not use large boxes or oversized packages.

How long does it take to receive my exchanged style?
- After we receive the style(s) you are returning we will ship out your exchange within 1-2 business days.
- We ship from Los Angeles, CA so shipping should not take more than 7-10 days.
