To qualify for refund of merchandise purchased online, items must be in original condition. Merchandise must also have been bought at regular full price, unworn, undamaged, and with original tags/stickers attached. Items that have been purchased with a discount code do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. For returns received within 10 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
